Nel 1901 venne creata la Villenkolonie Nikolassee, e nel 1902 venne ultimata la stazione ferroviaria.
Il comune rurale di Nikolassee fu annessao nel 1920 alla "Grande Berlino", venendo assegnato al distretto di Zehlendorf.
