Nikolassee is een wijk in het district Steglitz-Zehlendorf van Berlijn. In deze wijk bevinden zich de Nikolassee, de plaats Schlachtensee en aan de oostoever van de Großer Wannsee het Strandbad Wannsee.
De villa-kolonie Nikolassee werd in 1901 opgericht en in 1910 uitgeroepen tot een zelfstandige Pruisische landgemeente. In 1902 werd het station Nikolassee ingewijd, dat zich toen nog op open veld bevond. In 1906 werd de aanleg van de latere Protestantse begraafplaats Nikolassee aangelegd, waar in 1912/1913 een kapel werd gebouwd. Tegenover de begraafplaats werd vanaf 1909 de protestantse kerk Nikolassee gebouwd en een jaar later werd de Schlachtenseer Johanneskirche opgericht.
