La Gemäldegalerie è un museo di Berlino. Si trova nel nuovo edificio nel Kulturforum e custodisce una delle raccolte di dipinti più significative a livello mondiale, con opere di artisti europei dal XIII al XVIII secolo, quali Giotto, Botticelli, Raffaello, Mantegna, Lippi, Tiziano, Pittoni, Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina, Van Eyck, Petrus Christus, Dürer, Rubens, Vermeer e Rembrandt.
La Gemäldegalerie fu, fin da principio, il reparto più importante del museo vecchio, aperto nel 1830. Alla Galleria era stato riservato l'intero piano superiore. Dai castelli reali provennero circa 350 dipinti, 70 dalla raccolta del romano Vincenzo Giustiniani, acquisita nel 1815, e 677 opere giunsero dalla collezione del commerciante inglese Edward Solly.
