Il castello di Bollendorf nel comune di Bollendorf si trova su una roccia nella vallata del fiume Sauer, sulle fondamenta di una ex fortificazione romana. Fino alla fine del XVIII secolo, il castello fu sede di una sottoprovincia appartenente alla provvista di Echternach, che amministrava le fattorie di Bollendorf, Ernzen e Irrel. Oggi la struttura è di proprietà privata e viene utilizzata come hotel con appartamenti per vacanze e ristorante.
