Il castello Liebig, noto anche come Niederburg, a differenza dell'Oberburg Schloss Gondorf, o della cappella di San Lorenzo, si trova nel comune di Gondorf situato lungo il fiume Mosella, nello stato federato della Renania-Palatinato in Germania.
Il castello era originariamente un cimitero celtico, romano e franco costruito nell'anno 1158 dal cavaliere Engelbertus de Contrave, che vi ha anche abitato. Il castello è stato utilizzato dal 1879 al 1972 dai baroni von Liebig di Reichenberg in Sudeti.
