Il Gymnasium Marie-Curie a Wittenberge è stato fondato nel 1895 ed è membro del MINT-EC. È situato in due edifici, entrambi monumenti storici.
Il Gymnasium è stato fondato il 24 gennaio 1895 come scuola privata superiore per ragazzi. Il 20 aprile 1900 è stato possibile occupare l'edificio della scuola secondaria, costruito per 100.000 marchi in poco più di un anno, situato nella Sandfurttrift. Inizialmente si rinunciò alla costruzione di un palestra e di alcune aule per motivi di costo. Questi furono aggiunti solo nel 1913. Quell'anno la scuola fu anche riconosciuta come un vero Gymnasium riformato.
