Il mercato del segale a Münster, nella Vestfalia, è insieme al Vecchio Mercato del Pesce uno dei primi e più antichi mercati della città. È nato già verso la metà del X secolo a nord-est del Domburg, attorno alla cattedrale di San Paolo. Prende il nome dal fatto che in questo mercato si commerciava principalmente segale e altri cereali. Si trovava lungo una importante via commerciale in direzione est-ovest verso l'Olanda, nonché nelle immediate vicinanze della significativa connessione nord-sud dal Reno verso nord con la Frisia, Brema e, in seguito, anche Lubecca.
