La foresta di Tönsheider è un'area protetta situata nei pressi del villaggio di Aukrug, a ovest di Neumünster, in Schleswig-Holstein.
Nell'area boschiva di 136 ettari, situata nel terreno della clinica specializzata di Aukrug, 61 ettari nella parte orientale sono protetti. Nell'area protetta si trovano ampie superfici forestali più naturali, con appezzamenti di erica sparsi, così come l'area sorgiva e il corso superiore del Sellbek. Nel 2012, la Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord ha venduto 107 ettari di superficie forestale alla fondazione Kurt e Erika Schrobach.
