La stazione di Glöwen è la stazione dell'omonimo comune nel comune di Plattenburg. Si trova sulla ferrovia Berlino-Hamburgo ed è stata inaugurata nel 1846. Dal 1890 al 1971, dalla stazione si diramava una linea ferroviaria Glöwen–Havelberg, e dal 1900 al 1967 terminava a Glöwen una linea della ferrovia a scartamento ridotto della Kreisbahn Westprignitz di Viesecke. L'edificio di accoglienza neoclassico risalente al periodo di costruzione della linea è protetto da vincolo monumentale.
La stazione si trova al chilometro 101,8 della linea ferroviaria Berlino-Hamburgo, al margine sud della località di Glöwen, a circa un chilometro a sud del centro del paese. La linea ferroviaria in questo tratto corre quasi in direzione est-ovest e incrocia nel tratto della stazione la strada federale 107. Circa dieci chilometri verso sud si trova la città di Havelberg.
