La estación de tren de Glöwen es la estación del mismo nombre en la localidad del municipio de Plattenburg. Se encuentra en el ferrocarril Berlín-Hamburgo y fue inaugurada en 1846. Desde 1890 hasta 1971, en la estación se desviaba una línea de tren Glöwen–Havelberg, y desde 1900 hasta 1967 terminaba en Glöwen una línea de la vía estrecha del ferrocarril del distrito de Westprignitz de Viesecke. El edificio de recepción de estilo clasicista de la época de la construcción de la línea está protegido como monumento.
La estación se sitúa en el kilómetro 101,8 de la línea de tren Berlín-Hamburgo, en el borde sur de la localidad de Glöwen, a aproximadamente un kilómetro al sur del centro del pueblo. La línea de tren corre en esta área aproximadamente en dirección este-oeste y cruza en la zona de la estación la carretera federal 107. Aproximadamente a diez kilómetros hacia el sur se encuentra la ciudad de Havelberg.
