La stazione di Ahlen - abbreviata Ahlen - si trova nella città di Ahlen, in Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. È situata sulla linea principale elettrificata a quattro binari Hamm–Minden, che collega l'area della Ruhr a Hannover. Questa apparteneva nel XIX secolo alla Köln-Mindener Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft ed è attualmente gestita dalla Deutsche Bahn AG.
