La basilica di San Godehardo è una chiesa parrocchiale cattolica romana situata al margine sud della città vecchia di Hildesheim. Costruita tra il 1133 e il 1172, l'ex chiesa abbaziale dell'omonima abbazia benedettina, non influita da successivi rimaneggiamenti e rimasta quasi illesa durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, è considerata uno dei più importanti esempi di architettura romanica in Germania, grazie alle sue proporzioni classiche. La sua parrocchia omonima appartiene al decanato di Hildesheim della diocesi di Hildesheim.
San Godehardo è una basilica a tre navate con transetto e deambulatorio, un grande campanile ottagonale e una facciata occidentale con due torri più piccole e un'abside occidentale. Le pareti esterne sono suddivise da fregi ad arcate cieche e lesene. Tra i portali, quello nord-occidentale è il più impressionante, il cui timpano accoglie gli entrant all'interno con Cristo, affiancato dai santi vescovi Godehardo ed Epifanio.
