La stazione di Rathenow è la stazione della città distrettuale brandeburghese di Rathenow nel distretto di Havelland. Circa 3300 passeggeri utilizzano quotidianamente questa stazione.
La stazione è composta dall’edificio principale, dalla piazza della stazione adiacente alla Dunckerplatz, da un castello dell’acqua non più utilizzato e dall'ex edificio dell'accoglienza della Kaiserbahnhof, che ora funge da informazione turistica con una stazione di noleggio biciclette. Inoltre, la stazione dispone di un tunnel di accesso ai binari, attraverso il quale sono accessibili i binari 3 e 4 della ferrovia delle città brandeburghesi, oltre a 133 posti di park-and-ride e 80 posti per biciclette, di cui 20 sono coperti.
