Stationen Rathenow er stationen i den brandenburgiske købstad Rathenow i Havelland kommune. Omkring 3300 passagerer bruger denne station dagligt.
Stationen består af hovedbygningen, det tilstødende stationsforplads ved Dunckerplatz, et ikke længere anvendt vandtårn og den tidligere receptionsbygning fra kejserstationen, der nu fungerer som turistinformation med en cykeludlejningsstation. Desuden har stationen en peronetunnel, hvorigennem spor 3 og 4 på Brandenburgs bybane kan nås, samt 133 park-and-ride-pladser og 80 cykelparkeringspladser, hvoraf 20 er overdækkede.
