L'Ercole è una statua in rame del semidio greco Eracle, realizzata all'inizio del XVIII secolo nel Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe di Kassel. La statua, considerata un simbolo della città di Kassel, si trova sulla sommità di una piramide, che si erge sull'ottagono, il castello gigante. Oggi il nome "Ercole" non si riferisce solo alla statua, ma all'intero complesso architettonico, che funge anche da punto di partenza per i giochi d'acqua estivi nel Bergpark. L'ottagono e l'Ercole risalgono a diverse fasi di costruzione. Dal 23 giugno 2013, l'Ercole - come parte del Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe - è inserito nella lista del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO come esempio di architettura assolutistica.
