La chiesa di San Tommaso, ovvero la Thomaskirche della comunità evangelica di San Tommaso nel distretto ecclesiastico di Berlino Mitte, situata all'estremità nord di Mariannenplatz nel quartiere Kreuzberg di Berlino, è un edificio ecclesiastico neoclassico tardo del XIX secolo. San Tommaso era circa il centro geografico della densamente popolata Luisenstadt di Berlino. Al momento della sua costruzione, la chiesa, con 3000 posti, era il più grande edificio sacro di Berlino e la comunità di San Tommaso, con circa 150.000 membri, era una delle più grandi comunità evangeliche del mondo.
La pianta dell'edificio ha la forma di una croce latina. Al centro si erge una cupola alta 56 metri, mentre in direzione di Mariannenplatz si trovano due torri alte 48 metri.
