Il Hankenüll è una montagna alta circa 307 m sul livello del mare nel Parco Nazionale del Teutoburgo. Si trova tra Dissen e Borgholzhausen, nel distretto di Osnabrück e nel distretto di Gütersloh, al confine tra la Bassa Sassonia e la Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Il nome Hankenüll significa "vetta elevata".
Il Hankenüll si innalza nella parte centrale del Parco Nazionale del Teutoburgo, nel Parco Naturale e Geoparco TERRA.vita. La cima dell'eminente boschiva si trova a 3 km a est-nord-est di Dissen e a 4,3 km a nord-ovest di Borgholzhausen. A nord-est nasce il tributario dell'Ems, l'Hase, e a sud il tributario dell'Hessel, l'Aabach.
