Il Viehmoorgraben è un ruscello sulla piattaforma dell'Alta Papenteich e nella valle fluviale dell'Aller, con un bacino idrografico di circa 20 km² a sud-ovest della città di Gifhorn. Il ruscello sfocia tra Ribbesbüttel e Brenneckenbrück nel Canale Aller.
Il ruscello nasce a sud-ovest di Vollbüttel in un'area utilizzata per l'agricoltura e scorre da qui verso nord, passando accanto a Vollbüttel, dove lo scarico di un impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue si immette nel ruscello. Si dirige verso nord-ovest verso l'area protetta "Viehmoor" presso Leiferde. Lì scorre verso nord e successivamente attraverso la zona boschiva di Leiferder Wald fino alla Fahlen Heide, prima di sfociare nel Canale Aller circa un chilometro a ovest di Winkel.
