Con il traghetto a fune sul fiume
Soprattutto per i ciclisti lungo la Ems-Radweg, attraversare il fiume con la propria forza muscolare rappresenta un momento di grande fascino: tra le località di Mehringen e Listrup nella zona di Emsbüren, il traghetto a fune manuale "MehrLi" passa sul fiume Ems da inizio maggio a inizio ottobre.
I passeggeri possono affidare il lavoro ai traghettatori volontari, ma possono anche dare una mano e girare la manovella. Il traghetto può trasportare fino a 10 persone, comprese le biciclette. Effettua servizio ogni sabato tra le 14 e le 18, di domenica e nei giorni festivi dalle 10 alle 18 e, su richiesta, per gruppi previa prenotazione.
