Il Stecknitz è un fiume nella circoscrizione del Ducato di Lauenburg e nella città anseatica di Lubecca dello stato tedesco di Schleswig-Holstein.
Nasce dal Lago Ziegelsee presso Mölln e sfocia nella Trava a Lubecca. Il Stecknitz è stato regolato già nel Medioevo come canale Stecknitz ed è stato messo in relazione con il Delvenau che sfocia nell'Elba. Dalla sua ristrutturazione alla fine del XIX secolo, il percorso navigabile lungo 62 km tra l'Elba e la Trava è chiamato canale Elbe-Lubecca. Lungo il canale sono ancora riconoscibili i bracci secondari dello Stecknitz.
