La H.-J. Kratschke è un ex rimorchiatore di soccorso della Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbrüchiger di classe 19 m, costruito nel 1969 dal cantiere navale Abeking & Rasmussen a Lemwerder con il numero di cantiere 6313. La designazione interna della DGzRS era KRS 03.
Il rimorchiatore è stato nominato in onore di un membro dell'equipaggio del rimorchiatore di soccorso Adolph Bermpohl, che perse la vita in un grave incidente nel febbraio del 1967.
