La casa Egelborg è un castello d'acqua protetto come monumento situato in Beikelort 95 a Legden, un comune nel distretto di Borken, nella Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Inizialmente, i signori di Were, menzionati per la prima volta nel 1090, abitavano il castello, che era anche chiamato Eghelmaring. Nel 1389 il castello viene citato espressamente per la prima volta. Nel 1400 passò in possesso dei signori di Billerbeck. Poco dopo il 1470, una linea più recente della famiglia di Billerbeck, che serviva come uomini d'arme nel castello di Nienborg, trasformò la corte di Eghelmarinc in una sede cavalleresca, l'Egelborg. Nel 1662, Egelborg passò per matrimonio a Jobst Caspar von Oer, la cui famiglia lo possiede ancora oggi.
