Zauchwitz è una frazione della città di Beelitz nel distretto di Potsdam-Mittelmark nello stato federale del Brandeburgo. Il luogo si trova sulla Zauche a sud-ovest della capitale regionale Potsdam. Dalla grande riforma territoriale del Brandeburgo del 2001, Zauchwitz è parte della città di Beelitz.
Zauchwitz è un classico villaggio stradale e si trova all'incrocio tra la strada federale 246 e la strada provinciale tra Rieben e Wildenbruch. La località di Zauchwitz comprende anche il villaggio di Körzin, molto apprezzato dagli amanti della natura di Berlino come punto di partenza per escursioni e gite in bicicletta attraverso il parco naturale di Nuthe-Nieplitz.
