Alt Placht è un ex villaggio rurale che oggi fa parte della frazione di Densow della città di Templin, nel circondario dell'Uckermark, in Brandeburgo. È sede di un'agenzia forestale ed è conosciuto per una piccola chiesa a graticcio.
Il comune uckermarckese di Alt Placht si trova nel nord del Brandeburgo, circa a metà strada tra Lychen e Templin, in un paesaggio collinare modellato dalle glaciazioni, all'interno del parco naturale dei Laghi dell'Uckermark. Si trova in una zona ricca di laghi e boschi, dominata da pini, dove la coltivazione agricola è limitata a causa dei terreni poveri. Da oltre 100 anni qui ha sede l'agenzia forestale di Alt Placht. La quantità annuale di precipitazioni è di 640 millimetri e la temperatura media annua è di poco inferiore agli otto gradi Celsius.
