Il Kolberg è un rilievo alto 91 metri a Kolberg, una frazione del comune di Heidesee nel distretto di Dahme-Spreewald nel Land Brandenburg.
Il rilievo è emerso durante l'ultima era glaciale di Weichsel. Al tempo della DDR, la Deutsche Post iniziò negli anni '50 a sviluppare trasmettitori radio in FM e a costruire una rete televisiva VHF. Per garantire che gli strumenti di misurazione sensibili necessari fossero liberi da influenze ambientali elettriche, la Deutsche Post scelse il Kolberg come sito. Qui, il 21 settembre 1952, il primo laboratorio avviò le sue attività di ricerca. Nei decenni successivi, sulla montagna sorse la filiale di Kolberg dell'Ufficio Centrale della Tecnica Radiofonica e Televisiva, l'Istituto Centrale di Tecnica Radio. In questo periodo fu costruita una torre di misura alta circa 29 metri.
