Il mulino olandese di Straupitz è un monumento tecnico al margine nord del Spreewald a Straupitz. Fu costruito nel 1850 al posto di un mulino a vento a dondolo eretto nel 1640.
Circa nel 1640, in questo luogo si trovava un mulino a vento in legno. Nel 1850 bruciò e nello stesso anno fu sostituito da un mulino olandese in muratura: "Al molinare Gottfried Nitschke di Straupitz, nel distretto di Lübben, viene concessa l'autorizzazione dalla polizia provinciale, [...] a costruire un mulino a vento olandese con la condizione che il mulino sia circondato da una recinzione in legno alta 5 piedi o da una recinzione in rete fitta. Francoforte/Oder 13 luglio 1850, Governo Reale, Dipartimento degli Interni".
