Le moulin à vent néerlandais de Straupitz est un monument technique situé à l’extrémité nord du Spreewald à Straupitz. Il a été construit en 1850 sur le site d’un moulin à poteaux construit en 1640.
À partir de 1640 environ, un moulin à poteaux en bois se dressait sur ce site. En 1850, il brûla et fut remplacé la même année par un moulin à vent hollandais en brique : « Le maître du moulin Gottfried Nitschke zu Straupitz dans le district de Lübben obtient par la présente l’autorisation de la police d’État [...] d’être autorisé à construire un moulin à vent hollandais à condition que le moulin soit entouré d’une planche de 5 pieds de haut ou d’une clôture en treillis dense.
