Bliesmengen-Bolchen è un distretto comunale del comune di Mandelbachtal nel circondario della Saarpfalz, in Saarland. Comprende i precedenti villaggi di Bliesmengen e Bliesbolchen, che sono sempre stati strettamente legati fin dalla loro esistenza. Intorno al 1900, i villaggi si sono uniti anche geograficamente e si sono uniti. Gli abitanti locali fanno ancora oggi distinzione tra Menge, Bolche e il nuovo insediamento nato durante il periodo nazista. Inoltre, il borgo di Gräfinthal è annesso al distretto comunale. Il motto di Bliesmengen-Bolchen è, in dialetto saarländico, “Wo Jung unn Alt sesammehalt”.
