Bliesmengen-Bolchen is een wijk van de gemeente Mandelbachtal in de Saarlandse Saarpfalz-Kreis. Het omvat de voormalige dorpen Bliesmengen en Bliesbolchen, die echter sinds het begin altijd nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn geweest. Rond 1900 groeiden de dorpen ook ruimtelijk samen en verenigden zich. Inheemsen maken nog steeds onderscheid tussen Menge, Bolche en de in de NS-periode ontstane nederzetting. Bovendien is het gehucht Gräfinthal aan de gemeentegrens gehecht. De slogan van Bliesmengen-Bolchen luidt, in Saarlands dialect: "Wo Jung unn Alt sesammehalt".
