Bad Rehburg è un ex centro termale nelle montagne di Rehburg. Oggi Bad Rehburg è una frazione della città di Rehburg-Loccum, situata a sud del distretto di Nienburg/Weser nella Bassa Sassonia. Il luogo si trova a un'altitudine di 85 m s.l.m. e conta circa 700 abitanti.
Bad Rehburg si trova direttamente sulla B 441 e a circa 25 km dall'A 2 con l'uscita Wunstorf-Luthe. Il paese si trova tra il lago di Steinhude e il Weser, si trova sulle alture delle montagne di Rehburg, circa cinque chilometri a sud-ovest del lago di Steinhude e a circa dodici chilometri a est del Weser. Bad Rehburg è quasi completamente circondato da boschi, solo nel nord-est alcuni campi confinano con le abitazioni. Dal 1997, un autobus dei cittadini opera tra le frazioni di Rehburg-Loccum.
