Il Mittlere Ebrach è un affluente destro e sudoccidentale lungo circa 25 km del Rauhen Ebrach nella Franconia Settentrionale bavarese.
Il Mittlere Ebrach nasce a sud-ovest di Ebrach-Kleingressing, sulla pendici nord del Kreuzberg, a solo circa 1 km in linea d'aria dalla sorgente del Reichen Ebrach, il cui corso inizia sul versante sud della stessa montagna. Scorre per lo più verso est nel distretto di Bamberg, sempre parallelo alla strada federale 22, passando per Ebrach e Burgwindheim fino a Burgebrach-Grasmannsdorf, dove si immette nel Rauhe Ebrach.
