Middelvej Ebrach er en cirka 25 km lang, højre og sydvestlig biflod til Rauhe Ebrach i den bayerske Oberfranken.
Middelvej Ebrach udspringer sydvest for Ebrach-Kleingressingen ved nordskråningen af Kreuzberg, kun ca. 1 km i lige linje fra kilden til Reichen Ebrach, hvis løb begynder på den sydlige side af det samme bjerg. Den strømmer for det meste i østlig retning ind i Bamberg-distriktet og altid parallelt med motorvejen 22 over Ebrach og Burgwindheim til Burgebrach-Grasmannsdorf, hvor den munder ud i Rauhe Ebrach.
