Die Mittlere Ebrach ist ein etwa 25 km langer, rechter und südwestlicher Zufluss der Rauhen Ebrach im bayerischen Oberfranken.
Die Mittlere Ebrach entspringt südwestlich von Ebrach-Kleingressingen am Nordhang des Kreuzbergs, nur ca. 1 km Luftlinie von der Quelle der Reichen Ebrach entfernt, deren Lauf auf der Südseite des gleichen Berges beginnt. Sie fließt überwiegend in östlicher Richtung in den Landkreis Bamberg und darin immer parallel zur Bundesstraße 22 über Ebrach und Burgwindheim nach Burgebrach-Grasmannsdorf, wo sie in die Rauhe Ebrach einmündet.
