La Cattedrale di Aquisgrana (Aachener Dom) è la chiesa episcopale di questa città di confine tedesca. La parte centrale ottagonale, che oggi funge da navata della chiesa, è stata costruita tra il 796 e l'804. Era la chiesa del palazzo di Carlo Magno. In seguito sono state effettuate importanti ampliamenti gotici e barocchi.
