Il castello di Burgsteinfurt (noto anche come castello di Steinfurt) è un castello d'acqua situato ai margini del centro storico di Burgsteinfurt, un quartiere della città di Steinfurt nella regione del Münsterland. È il più antico complesso di castelli d'acqua della Vestfalia e si trova su un'isola quasi circolare, circondata dal fiume Steinfurter Aa. Oggi composto da tre complessi edilizi, la parte superiore del castello, la parte inferiore del castello e il mulino del castello, il complesso è stato ristrutturato e ampliato nel corso della sua storia turbolenta.
Il castello è la sede ancestrale della casa principesca di Bentheim-Steinfurt.
