Il Hutungsberg è una cima sulla cresta di loess di Neugersdorf nell'alta Lusazia orientale. Si trova nel quartiere Neugersdorf della città di Ebersbach-Neugersdorf.
Il Hutungsberg si trova nella parte meridionale della città di Neugersdorf. La sua ampia cresta si estende dalla frontiera tedesco-ceca a ovest per circa 800 m lungo la strada "Hutung" verso est. A nord si trova, sul territorio boemo, il Butterberg. A nord-est si elevano il Beerberg e il Hetzwalder Berg, a sud-est il Wacheberg. A ovest, in Boemia, si unisce il Ziegenrücken.
