Glasow è una frazione abitata della località di Mahlow del comune di Blankenfelde-Mahlow nel distretto di Teltow-Fläming nel Brandeburgo.
La frazione si trova a sud-est del territorio. A nord si trova la località di Mahlow. Seguono in senso orario la località di Selchow di Schönefeld, così come le frazioni di Groß Kienitz, Dahlewitz e Blankenfelde. La maggior parte del territorio è edificato e si estende lungo l'asse storico di Alt Mahlow, che si snoda in direzione nord-sud attraverso l'ex villaggio stradale. Nel centro del paese si apre un prato del villaggio. A sud, la strada statale 75 si dirama come Selchower Weg in direzione est, collegandosi con la strada federale 96, che anch'essa corre in direzione nord-sud. A ovest scorre il torrente Glasowbach lungo il paese.
