Rhede è un comune nel distretto tedesco di Eemsland, nello stato della Bassa Sassonia. Rhede si trova al confine con i Paesi Bassi.
Il comune si trova tra il confine olandese, a nord-est di Bourtange, e il fiume Ems. È anche il comune più nord-occidentale del distretto di Eemsland. L'area è composta da alcuni villaggi molto antichi lungo il fiume, come Rhede, Borsum e Brual, e da alcuni giovani villaggi di bonifica nell'ex zona paludosa lungo il confine olandese, come Neuengland, Neurhede e Rhederfeld.
