Woffelsbach è un luogo nel comune tedesco di Simmerath, nel Land della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Il nome Woffelsbach è un antico tedesco per Wolfsbeek, il ruscello che attraversa il villaggio.
Woffelsbach si trova presso il Rursee, il secondo lago artificiale più grande della Germania, ed è il principale luogo di sport acquatici su questo lago.
Una parte importante delle oltre 1000 imbarcazioni a vela sul Rursee ha il proprio ormeggio a Woffelsbach o nelle vicinanze.
Quasi la metà di tutto lo spazio abitativo a Woffelsbach ha quindi una funzione di weekend/vacanza.
Di conseguenza, l'urbanistica è composta da un mix di autentiche case a graticcio dell'Eifel e abitazioni più moderne per l'uso nei fine settimana. La caratteristica chiesetta del villaggio ha festeggiato il suo 100° compleanno nel 2012.
