Non lontano dal "Ponte Pendente" si trova un'altra attrazione: il ponte storico sul canale Stever, che guidava il canale Dortmund-Ems attraverso il fiume. Fu costruito nel 1894 e assomiglia molto nella sua costruzione al superamento del canale sulla Lippe (v. sotto). Il percorso continua fino al portone storico di Olfen, con cui si quasi raggiunge la fine della Vecchia Navigazione.
