Nell'anno 1910 fu costruito il vecchio municipio come ufficio anagrafe. L'edificio neoclassico e l'annesso - l'ex abitazione Maassen - furono utilizzati come municipio fino al 1993. Oggi l'edificio è utilizzato dalla Caritas. Gli altri spazi vengono utilizzati come centro socio-culturale. È ancora possibile sposarsi al primo piano del vecchio municipio in un'atmosfera storica.
