Il Castello di Aalborghus è un castello ad Aalborg, in Danimarca. È un castello a travi a vista costruito da re Cristiano III dal 1539 fino a circa il 1555 inizialmente come fortificazione.
Un edificio esisteva nel sito prima del castello di Cristiano III. Si trovava a sud del castello ed è menzionato nella prima documentazione di Aalborghus, risalente al 1340. Era di proprietà di Margherita I ed è stato il luogo della morte di re Hans nel 1513, morto in un incidente a cavallo.
