San Felices de Buelna è un comune spagnolo di 2.314 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma della Cantabria, comarca di Besaya.Si estende nella riva destra del fiume Besaya che è la sua linea di confine con Los Corrales de Buelna, altro comune della valle di Buelna. È separato da Torrelavega a nord dalla Sierra de Dobra. Lo formano nove nuclei di popolazione compreso il capoluogo Rivero che conta 328 abitanti, è posto all'altitudine di 78 metri sul livello del mare a distanza di 30 km da Santander, capitale della regione autonoma di Cantabria.
