La villa di Bustarviejo è un comune spagnolo situato nella Sierra Norte della Comunità di Madrid. Bustarviejo si trova sulle pendici della sierra di Guadarrama, sul suo versante meridionale. Accanto alle montagne, e con una valle rigogliosa, dista circa 60 km da Madrid.
In altri tempi villa ricca e di grande importanza nella zona, ha perso potere ed è stata praticamente dimenticata dai cittadini, fino a essere riscoperta come luogo di villeggiatura. Proprio quel «dimenticato» è stato ciò che le ha permesso di conservare il carattere di paese montano. Tuttavia, nelle ultime decadi del XX secolo, come in gran parte della Sierra, si è assistito a un boom nella costruzione di villette e appartamenti, essenzialmente come seconda residenza.
