L'hotel Alfonso XIII è un hotel storico a Siviglia, Spagna, situato in Calle San Fernando, accanto all'Università di Siviglia. Progettato dall'architetto José Espiau y Muñoz, è stato costruito tra il 1916 e il 1928 specialmente per l'Esposizione Ibero-Americana del 1929. È stato inaugurato ufficialmente il 28 aprile 1929, con un sontuoso banchetto a cui hanno partecipato il re Alfonso XIII e la regina Vittoria Eugenia di Battenberg. L'hotel è di proprietà della Città di Siviglia ed è gestito dalla divisione The Luxury Collection di Marriott Hotels.
