Petrés è un comune della comarca della Ribera nella Comunità Valenciana, Spagna. Appartiene alla provincia di Valencia, nella regione del Campo de Murviedro.
Comune situato nella bassa valle del fiume Palancia, chiamato anche nel Medioevo e nell'Età Moderna fiume di Morvedre. Il rilievo del territorio presenta solo tre incidenti importanti: il fiume Palancia, che limita il territorio a sud, e le montagne di Rodana e Ponga, i cui pendii penetrano da nord, raggiungendo un'altitudine massima di 185 m. in una collina di arenarie triassiche che si erge a nord-ovest della popolazione.
