La stazione di Plaça de Catalunya è un nodo intermodale del sistema di trasporti di Barcellona, situata sotto l'omonima piazza di Barcellona. È il capolinea di tutte le linee FGC che fanno parte del Metro del Vallès, nonché stazione di interscambio con le linee L1, L3, L6 e L7 della metropolitana cittadina e con le linee 1, 3, 4 e 7 delle Cercanías di Barcellona gestite da Renfe Operadora. Passa da questa stazione anche una linea di media percorrenza, la Ca-4b. In superficie passa un gran numero di autobus della rete di trasporti urbana. La stazione occupa praticamente tutto il sottosuolo della piazza ed è dotata di zone commerciali.
