La cala Montgó è un'insenatura sulla Costa Brava che si trova nel comune di Torroella de Montgrí, Spagna. Dal lungomare di La Escala, si può accedere a piedi attraverso un sentiero. È anche possibile arrivarci in auto, a un chilometro dal porto turistico di La Escala. Man mano che ci si avvicina lungo la strada di accesso, si trovano vari campeggi.
