Secolo XVIII. Neoclassico.
Questo edificio in stile neoclassico di enormi colonne fu eretto con gli aerei di Melchor de Prado tra il 1769 e il 1805, sul sito che aveva occupato il Collegio della compagnia di Gesù. Al piano superiore è stato aggiunto alla fine del secolo XIX. La facciata che rappresenta di Minerva fu poi sostituito dalle statue gigante di benefattori dell'Università: Lope Gómez de Marzoa, Juan de Ulloa, Alvaro de Cadaval e conde de Monterrey.
Includere all'interno del giardino del chiostro con fontana, l'auditorium con affreschi di Fenolera e Gonzalez e la sala di lettura, così come la terrazza che domina l'intera città.
