Urkulu è una montagna nel Paese Basco che si estende lungo il confine tra Francia e Spagna. La cima si trova nei Pirenei occidentali, a poca distanza a piedi da Roncisvalle e vicina al cosiddetto Cammino francese di Santiago, che attraversa la catena montuosa al storico Passo di Roncisvalle.
La montagna è facilmente accessibile dalla vecchia fabbrica di armi di Orbaizeta in Navarra e da Béhérobie in Bassa Navarra, ed è anche situata sul sentiero escursionistico che si estende da est a ovest lungo i versanti meridionali dei Pirenei, il GR 11.
